Frauendienst Quality Homes
After being around the construction business most of his life, Paul Frauendienst, the President of Frauendienst Quality Homes, Inc., started building houses in 1991 with Keizer Quality Homes, Inc. As a partner with Keizer Quality Homes, Inc., Paul was involved in building many of the homes in the Bar X subdivision as well as The Cottages - East and The Cottages – North.
In 2000, Paul started Frauendienst Quality Homes, Inc. In the last 10 years, Paul has built several single family homes in Phase 1 & 2 of the North Star subdivisions. Paul also completed the construction and sales of the 31 twin home units in Western Hills North known as The Peaks, as well as several single family homes in Western Hills North. In addition, Paul developed the Teton Estates Subdivision and built 20 twin homes on Grand Teton Court in North Cheyenne. Currently, Paul is focusing on single family homes in Western Hills North and in beautiful Rocking Star Ranch.
Paul is President of the Southeast Wyoming Builder’s Association and serves on the Building Code Board of Appeals. For the last 2 years, Paul has served on the advisory committee for the Unified Development Code. Paul and his wife Heather have 3 daughters, Jamie (22), Madison (6) and Taylor (3). They attend Cheyenne Hills Church and are actively involved in several charitable organizations.
