After being around the construction business most of his life, Paul Frauendienst, the President of Frauendienst Quality Homes, Inc., started building houses in 1991, after serving as a medic with the 1022nd in the Gulf War.   Paul started as the Construction Superintendant for Keizer Quality Homes, Inc., and soon became a partner. 

In 2000, Paul started Frauendienst Quality Homes, Inc.  In the last 19 years, Paul has built over 200 single family homes and twin homes in North Star, Western Hills North, Teton Estates, Rocking Star Ranch, Appletree Lane and most recently in The Bluffs Subdivision.  Paul is excited to be a part of the downtown Lotus project.

Paul’s goal is to be the best in the home building industry by offering a high quality home with innovative, functional features as well as many maintenance free amenities.  Paul is a current member and Past President of the Southeast Wyoming Builder’s Association.  Paul is also currently the National Area Representative for the Southeast Wyoming Builder’s Association.  In addition, Paul serves on the Building Code Board of Appeals.  Paul and his wife Heather have 3 daughters, Jamie (30), Madison (15) and Taylor (12), and two very spoiled dogs; Boomer and Winston.  They attend Cheyenne Hills Church and are involved in several charitable organizations.
