Omar has been a resident of Colorado's northern front range for over 40 years, fostering a deep love for the outdoors. After graduating from high school in Loveland, he began his career in construction at the age of 17. Over the next 30 years, he gained extensive experience in the industry, building a strong foundation for his future endeavors. In 2009, amidst the housing market downturn, Omar and Charles teamed up in residential real estate, specializing in rehabilitating and reselling small homes. Their shared passion and expertise led to the creation of OAC Custom Homes in 2011.
Charles, originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, has lived in Colorado for 35 years, taking full advantage of the region's outdoor lifestyle. After earning his degree from Arizona State University, he spent two decades working as an electrician in the construction industry. His deep-rooted knowledge and commitment to quality craftsmanship drive him to help clients build the home of their dreams. With over 20 years of experience in the construction field, Charles is dedicated to ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost care and attention to detail.
